
Every other Friday, join me for a 90-minute Reiki Yoga class designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and recharge your energy after a long workweek.
This session combines Restorative Yoga and Reiki to bring deep relaxation to both your body and mind. Through gentle, supported poses and energy healing, you will leave feeling lighter, calmer, and ready to embrace your weekend with renewed clarity and ease.
This class is perfect if you feel stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself and want a gentle yet powerful way to reset your nervous system

Reiki Yoga is generally a gentle and safe practice for most people, but there are some situations where extra caution or special consideration is necessary. It's important to inform me of any medical concerns or injuries so I can ensure your safety throughout the class.
Common precautions for Reiki Yoga include pregnancy, serious back, neck, or joint injuries, abnormal blood pressure, hiatal hernia, retinal issues, glaucoma, migraines, heart conditions, head infections, schizophrenia or psychosis, and menstruation. If you have any specific health concerns or if any of the above applies to you, please consult your doctor before booking a class, as I may require medical approval

TRE® is a stress management tool that uses simple exercises to mildly stretch and fatigue certain muscle groups to evoke a natural and involuntary reflex mechanism within the body, that is felt as shaking, vibrating, tremoring, or fascial stretches. These neuro-muscular tremors naturally release stress, tension and unresolved emotional issues that are held in our body’s muscular tissues and fascia.
In TRE®, our primary goal is to allow the wisdom of the body to guide the experience. TRE® is taught as a grounding and self-regulation tool so the process gives you the knowledge, skills and confidence to begin practicing Nervous System regulation.
Please note, negotiated touch between the provider and student is also part of the TRE® process
Have you ever noticed how animals instinctively shake after a stressful event? Whether it's your pet after a scare or a wild animal escaping danger, this shaking is their body’s natural way of releasing built-up energy and tension, to bring their system back into balance. As it is completely natural for animals to shake, it is equally natural to us humans!
The problem is, we perceive this shaking or involuntary movements as something wrong. We've been conditioned to suppress this ability. From a young age, we are taught to "hold it together" and suppress our body’s natural responses, leading to accumulated stress, tension, and emotional overwhelm.
Tremoring isn't a technique or a method, it’s a built-in function of the human body, much like breathing!

🧘 This workshop is open for complete beginners as for regular shakers. Just come as you are!
Although TRE® is a natural, safe, and often life-changing practice for most people, it is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care, and may not be suitable for everyone. As with any physical activity, there is always a risk of injury. By participating in this workshop, you accept full responsibility for your health and wellbeing throughout the process.
This workshop is open to adults aged 18 and over. Group sessions are not recommended for individuals with severe trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, serious burnout, significant health conditions, or for those who struggle with self-regulation (such as difficulty calming down when emotionally distressed). In such cases, starting with private sessions is highly advised.
This workshop is not suitable during pregnancy. If you’ve had a recent surgery, operation, or serious injury, it is recommended to wait at least 3 months before starting TRE®.
By participating to this workshop, you acknowledge that TRE® is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Medical advice must be obtained from a physician or qualified health practitioner. Results may vary between individuals and there are no guarantees, expressed or implied. You waive liability towards the TRE® Provider, Pauline Mounier. You agree to notify Pauline of any changes to your health status including newly diagnosed conditions and prescribed medications. Your participation in this workshop is voluntary. You acknowledge and accept that you are not qualified to lead others through the TRE® process and you will only use the exercises as learned for yourself.

This workshop is an introduction to TRE®
If you’d like to go further, I also offer 1:1 sessions, ongoing group classes, and a 6-week TRE® course (coming up soon) to help you deepen your practice. Like any new practice, it may take some time to feel confident and at ease. Typically, 5 to 6 sessions, either in a group or privately, are enough to build a strong foundation for a sustainable home practice.
Working with a certified TRE® Provider offers the added support of co-regulation, which helps create a sense of safety as you explore the process. Many regular shakers also choose to return occasionally for a class or session when something new arises, whether it’s a pattern, blockage, or emotion, to support their continued healing and integration

The TRE® Circle Group Shake is a welcoming space to deepen your personal practice, enjoy the power of group co-regulation, and connect with fellow shakers on a similar journey.
This class is mainly focused on the practice itself. It is ideal for anyone who has already learned TRE®, either with me or another certified provider, and is looking to explore this powerful practice in a supportive group setting.
There will be time for:
