This 30 minute intro consultation is a gentle space for us to connect. You can share where you’re at, ask any questions, and together we will explore what might best support you right now.

To honour the time and energy I put into these sessions, there is a £20 fee, which is fully refundable if you decide to purchase either a Reiki Package or a TRE® Introduction session afterwards.

No pressure, no expectations, just a warm, supportive chat to help you find your way and take the next step with clarity and confidence.
