TRE® 7 exercises

For your first 10 self-practice sessions, we recommend using the full sequence. These exercises safely prepare your body for tremors and help you stay grounded, they are an important part of the TRE® process

Polyvagal Theory explained simply

This short video explains how our nervous system constantly scans for safety & danger, and automatically shifts between 3 main states: calm and connected (ventral), fight/flight (sympathetic), and shutdown/freeze (dorsal).

TRE® supports this by helping the body release stored tension from stress or trauma, allowing the nervous system to move out of fight, flight, or freeze and return to a more regulated & balanced state.
